Destiny is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist who's been passionate about wellness for almost 20 years. She’s formally studied exercise science, massage therapy, reiki, ayurveda and nutrition.
As a corrective exercise specialist, she’s helped countless clients find freedom from pain caused by frozen shoulders, knee injuries, pelvic floor issues, and more.
We’re not just here to change your body; we’re here to change your life. In our sessions, we set a transformation goal together and let fitness guide your growth, emotionally and physically. We’re intentional, but this is not a gentle yoga class. We’re lifting heavier every day & you’re going to get STRONG!

Weight lifting is a tool for empowerment. We’re here to help you live with less pain and more confidence. You won’t find us leading workouts that leave your body feeling broken down. Our sessions may be challenging, but what we do in the gym is meant to improve what you do out of the gym.
We specialize in strength, mobility, and weight loss training for women ages 50-75. That said, we work with all ages & genders. If you feel drawn to our approach, reach out for a free consult!
Behind all lifting programs, we teach you proper breathing, bracing, and pelvic floor engagement. By combining evidence-based fitness techniques with somatic wellness practices, we can address muscular imbalances that may be causing you pain, discomfort and repetitive injuries
Nutrition
Embodied Exercise combines science-backed sports nutrition strategies with the holistic principles of Ayurveda, herbal remedies, and emotional awareness.
Clients can expect to feel vibrant and nourished, rather than depleted and deprived. We prioritize a balanced and sustainable approach to nutrition, taking into account not only physical health, but also emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being.
